A popular nursery pudding.
- 60 g pudding rice
- 400 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 100 ml single cream
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1/2 cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of caster sugar
Put all ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to the boil and turn to a simmer.
Simmer for about 30mins, keep stirring!
Done! Eat with jam, or just a but of grated nutmeg on top!
