Just doing my usual browsing after a day of activities… oooh a cup of tea never tasted so good 🙂

Found this little article, could be useful for bakers 🙂 It explains the difference between baking powder and baking soda. I’m currently very interested in how food works, the chemistry and stuff… this is coming from someone who failed her A-Level chemistry. If only they made it food related… I would’ve got an A I reckon!
