Stir up sunday

T’is the season to be jolly, fa-la-la-la~!!! Today, I’m attempting my first ever Christmas pudding and I am anxious, not only because of the time involved (6 hours steaming!!!), but because of the cost as well. I bought a bottle of Cointreau for it!!! Very expensive (£15) glug went in, I could almost http://pharmacy-no-rx.net hear the ka-ching when I poured it in.

Check the ingredients!

And now happily bathing in the christmasy booze 🙂

I will add dry ingredients tomorrow and do the all important “stir and make a wish”! I think my wish would be that it doesn’t fail me hehe. Wish me luck and watch this space.
