Just a very quick post… To call this a recipe is a blatant lie, as what it is really, is a quick healthy snack that you can throw together in last than 2 minutes. All you need is some natural yoghurt as your base, then sprinkle on whatever you fancy on top. And drizzle with honey! Ta-da!
- 3 tbsp of natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp of museli (I made it myself, read on…)
- Some juicy fresh fruit, I used a handful of blueberries, but any berries or even clementines http://premier-pharmacy.com/product-category/diabetes/ will do
- 2 tsp of arcacia honey
For the museli, you can use your cereal museli, or like me, just take a jar, throw in some porridge oats, flaked almonds, dried cranberries, sultanas, raisins and dried currants. There’s no recipe to it, it all depends on what you have lying around in your cupboard.
What binds everything together is the honey. So make sure you have some nice honey for this. I think I’ll be making a little tub for taking into work tomorrow! x
